*I struggled in deciding how best to account for pseudonyms. I decided to just go with the author name my edition of the book was published under, with the exception of the Nancy Drew books. Those I have entered under the pseudonym Carolyn Keene, as well as a separate entries for the ghostwriter, and the revisor (rev) or revisors (revs) in the case of the revised texts (RT), for those interested in searching the titles that way.
**For some of the Nancy Drew titles, the reviews are split into two parts. I have linked them as Part 1 & Part 2 after the book title.
